Rumbling (we work with metal parts) is a finishing process that removes defects, e.g., burrs, flashes, scales, off metal surfaces. It can also polish parts to make them shiny and smooth. The process prepares metal parts for further use.
At LLC “KUB Production and Engineering Company” we use VM150Y through vibratory mass finishing machine (Kromas, Turkey) for rumbling.
One of the important advantages of through vibratory finishing machines is their ability to work with large-sized parts and pipe-shaped pieces (of extended length). Other mass finishing machines, such as round or rotary type, cannot boast of this performance. Manual finishing is often cost-ineffective or even not possible due to the shape or size of workpieces.
